Add and edit sets

Record reps, weight, completion, set types, and notes in Standard mode.

WHERE TO FIND IT

Active Workout → exercise card

Record a set

Standard mode shows the workout as exercise cards. Each exercise uses fields appropriate to its logging type, so a strength row does not necessarily look like a timed or cardio row. The exercise name identifies where changes will be saved.

  1. Add an exercise or expand its card.
  2. Enter the reps and weight for a weighted exercise, checking the displayed unit.
  3. Use the set-type control to mark a warm-up or another available type when needed.
  4. Use the row completion control after recording the work.
  5. Choose Add Set to create another row and repeat for the next set.

Understand values and counts

A Sets value can represent multiple identical occurrences on a row. Check that count as well as reps and weight when you want the recorded total to match your work.

Review any suggested or prefilled values before completing the set. A row can contain targets or entered values while still being unfinished. Use the completion control to distinguish recorded work from the sets you still intend to perform.

Keep context with the right item

Use workout notes for the whole session, exercise notes for one movement, and set notes for a particular row. That keeps the context beside the relevant work when you return to history.

You can edit values during the workout and correct completed history later. If you use Quick Capture, first check which exercise is focused; set-only shorthand goes to that exercise. For broader changes such as replacing or removing a movement, use the exercise menu.
