Use set types, drop sets, and exercise groups

Mark individual sets and arrange supersets, giant sets, or circuits.

WHERE TO FIND IT

Active Workout → set-type control or exercise menu

On this page

Mark an individual set

Use the set-type control on the row to choose Standard, Warm-Up, Drop Set, or another available type. Custom set types are managed in Settings → Workout Data → Manage Set Types. A set type describes a row; it is separate from grouping multiple exercises.

Drop-set sequences use DS labels and grouped row treatment so the sequence is visible. Review the sequence and individual values as you log rather than relying on the label alone to represent completed work.

Group exercises

  1. Open an exercise menu and choose the superset, giant set, or circuit action you need.
  2. Select the exercises that should belong together and confirm the selection.
  3. Check the displayed member order, because grouped rounds use that order.
  4. Use the group menu for actions that affect the whole group, and individual exercise menus for member-specific changes.

Configure a circuit

Circuit setup includes Rounds, Work Time, Transition, and Round Rest. Timing applies across the stations, and optional station targets can supply default fields for each round. You can still record reps and weight for movements that use them.

In Standard, inspect and edit the whole grouped section. With Premium Flow, the app can guide you through the members and round transitions. Changing a group label or target does not complete its sets; record and complete the work as you perform it.

To return grouped exercises to individual items, use the group dissolution action. Check the final ordering after changing group membership, especially in an existing plan or structured workout.
