Create groups with clear names
Separate exercise names with commas when creating a group. The number of set entries must match the group member count or a full multiple of that count. This avoids assigning an incomplete sequence to the wrong member.
superset: pull up, rear delt flyAdds or focuses the named exercises and groups them as a superset.
circuit: plank, sit up, ankle rockerCreates a circuit with the default circuit settings. Review the group settings to change rounds or timing.
10x120 12x130For a focused two-member weighted group, logs 10 at 120 for the first member and 12 at 130 for the second.
Apply set types and notes
warmupApplies the Warm-Up set type to the current set.
set type: transitionApplies a custom set type named Transition to the most recent logged set when that type exists.
note: that was a hard setAppends the text as a note to the most recent set logged.
replace: romanian deadliftReplaces the focused exercise while retaining its place in the workout.
Check context before submitting
Set type words can follow the set they describe. For example, goblet squat 60x12 warmup 80x12 applies Warm-Up to the first set. Use custom names as they appear in the app. Logging new values into a planned set keeps its existing type unless you supply a different one.
For a bodyweight and weighted group, use reps-only input for the bodyweight member, such as 10 12x130. Grouped shorthand does not log cardio metrics; open those fields instead. For complex membership or timing changes, use the exercise and group menus. Type help to open the in-app Quick Capture guide.
