Enter and log
Flow is a Premium presentation mode for the same workout draft used by Standard. Switching modes does not create a second session. Start Flow enters the guided view; Show List returns to the complete exercise list.
- Open a workout and choose Start Flow.
- Check the exercise, set type, and displayed targets on the current step.
- Enter or adjust the actual values.
- Choose Log Set to complete the current set and let Flow move forward.
- Use Show List whenever you need to inspect or reorganize the whole workout.
Read the next-action label
- Move On leaves the current exercise or review step when you are ready to continue.
- Skip Ahead appears when other unfinished sets remain. Skipping forward does not mean that skipped work was completed.
- Go To Next Set can appear when reviewing a completed set that has other unfinished sets.
- Another Round or Add Round continues grouped work; a group finish action stops adding rounds.
- Circuit steps can offer Skip Station or Skip Timer. Check any unfinished work before ending the session.
Adjust quickly and finish
Flow offers field scrubbing and plus/minus controls for supported values. Drag horizontally for adjustments or use the buttons for controlled changes; holding a button accelerates repeated changes. Weight controls also include shortcuts and fractional adjustments where supported.
At the end, review any incomplete-work action before choosing Finish Workout. You can add work or return to the list instead. To start future sessions in Flow automatically, enable Always Start Workouts in Flow in Workout Settings. That preference requires Premium access.
