Open the set editor
Focused Edit enlarges a set while keeping you in Standard mode. It is part of Premium Enhanced Set Editing and operates on the same workout draft as the regular rows.
- In Standard mode, expand the exercise card you want to work on.
- Tap the small expanding-rectangle button beside the exercise’s Add Set action. Its accessibility label is Enhanced Edit. Groups have the same Enhanced Edit control beside Add Round.
- Check the exercise and set that opened. The exercise action uses the selected set when available, otherwise an unfinished set or the last set.
- Tap a field to enter a value, or use its supported drag adjustment.
Adjust and complete the current set
Supported numeric fields allow scrubbing in the enlarged editor. Drag horizontally to change a value; weight also supports finer vertical adjustments, using quarter-pound or half-kilogram increments according to the displayed unit. Check the result before completing the set.
The set menu provides the applicable row actions, such as notes, inserting a set, load options, or the Plate Calculator. Available actions depend on the movement and row. Use the completion control after recording your work; opening or closing the editor does not complete the set.
Continue or return to the list
Completing a set can advance the editing session to the next available set. At the end of an exercise or supported group, Add Set or Add Round can extend the work, and Move On helps choose what to do next.
Tap the dimmed area outside the enlarged row to return to the workout list. If the Enhanced Edit button is absent, check Premium Access in Settings and make sure the exercise has a set. Ordinary row editing remains available in Standard mode.
