Create and reuse a planned workout
Build a saved workout structure you can edit, duplicate, and start again.

Build a plan
A planned workout stores the exercises and targets you want to reuse. Starting it creates a workout to log; saving the plan alone does not create completed history or contribute to training totals.
- Open Workouts → Planned and choose Create Plan, or use Plan Workout on Home when available.
- Enter a useful name and choose the gym if you want one attached. Add any session notes.
- Choose Add Exercise and add the movements in the intended order.
- Set the row counts and target values. Apply set types or group exercises into supersets, giant sets, or circuits as needed.
- Choose Save to keep the plan, or Start when you are ready to log a session from it.
Reuse and create variations
Return to Planned to find saved workouts. Search can match plan names, gyms, notes, exercise names, and exercise notes. Open a plan to edit its structure, use its Start action to begin a workout, or choose Duplicate to create a variation.
A named duplicate is useful when you want to keep both versions available. Check its name, gym, exercises, and targets before saving, so similarly named plans remain easy to distinguish.
Keep plans separate from Programs
A personal plan is a reusable workout. A Program generates a scheduled progression with Program-specific targets and progress tracking. A coach assignment has its own delivery and completion flow. Choose the relevant Workouts area for each.
If you leave the builder with unsaved changes, review the save, discard, or keep-editing prompt. Deleting a plan removes that saved starting structure; use completed history when you want to inspect a session you already logged.
