Record skipped workouts, time off, and notes

Add intentional calendar context without creating a workout.

Record a skipped day

Calendar context explains a day without manufacturing a workout. Days with no entry stay unmarked: InMotus does not assume that every empty day was a missed session.

  1. Open Workouts → Completed and choose Record.
  2. Choose Mark Workout Skipped.
  3. Select the relevant day and enter any optional context offered.
  4. Save the entry, then review it in the history timeline.

Plan a date range away

Choose Plan Time Off from Record, or use Update training calendar on Home. Select the date range and Reason, then add an optional note. If Other is selected, provide the label you want to use.

Pause workout reminders is available in the time-off form. Review that choice before saving, especially if you want the date range recorded while still receiving reminders. A completed workout logged during the range continues to count normally.

An active time-off entry can be revisited to change its details. Use its edit and save controls rather than creating overlapping entries simply to correct a date.

Add an event and read the result

Use Add Event in the Record menu for a dated note alongside workout history. An event is appropriate for context you want to remember without marking a day as skipped or creating a time-off range.

These entries can appear with history and Metrics context, including Analysis. They do not add exercises, completed sets, workout volume, or a finished session. If a calendar looks different from expected, check both the current date and gym filters and the entry type before editing the underlying workout history.
