Open exercise history
- Use the graph button beside an exercise in an active workout or completed workout detail. You can also select an exercise through Metrics.
- Review the summary cards and Recent Top Set Weight chart when enough history exists.
- Inspect Recent Sessions for the recorded set lines, notes, and dates.
- Open a recent session to view the original workout details when you need more context.
Understand the available measures
Exercise Insights shows information for the selected movement. If no completed session exists for it, the screen explains that exercise history is not available yet. An exercise included only in a plan does not supply completed performance data.
An Estimated 1-Rep Max can appear when suitable weighted history is available. The display identifies the performed set and date used for the calculation. It is a calculated estimate, not a record that you performed that single-repetition weight. Use its information control to inspect the explanation in the app.
Read personal records in context
Select the PRs Over Time chart in Metrics to open PR History and review recorded improvements grouped by workout and date. A finished workout can also show Progress Highlights in its detail view and post-workout summary. These indicators depend on recorded sets and comparable history.
Show Progress Feedback During Workout in Workout Settings controls the small live banners. Turning those banners off does not turn off the underlying progress tracking. If a best looks unexpected, open its source session and check exercise identity, load mode, unit, reps, and weight before drawing a comparison.
