Read and filter the Metrics dashboard

Choose a time period and gym before interpreting training summaries.

WHERE TO FIND IT

Metrics

Choose the scope

Metrics summarizes completed workout history. An active draft or a saved plan does not count as a completed session. The totals and charts are most useful when you first check the range and gym they represent.

  1. Open Metrics and expand the filter area if it is collapsed.
  2. Choose the time scope: All, Year, Month, or Week.
  3. Use the associated date picker to select the exact period.
  4. Choose a gym or the all-gyms option.
  5. Use Reset Filters when you want to return to the broad view.

Read the cards and charts

Summary cards show available totals such as duration, sets, and volume for the selected history. Volume reflects recorded load and repetitions; it is not a count of how many different exercises you selected.

The dashboard includes training consistency, muscle distribution, top exercises, and charts for workout trends and structure use where data is available. Open an interactive chart item or exercise to inspect the supporting detail instead of comparing chart shapes alone.

Understand missing or unexpected results

Complete your first workout to begin building the dashboard. If a result looks too small, check the date range and gym filter, then inspect the source workout under Completed. Correct its saved fields if the underlying entry is wrong.

Skipped-workout and time-off entries add context to consistency views without creating workout sets or volume. Muscle distribution depends on exercise metadata, so correct exercise selection matters as well as numeric set values. Changing a filter changes the view of your records; it does not alter those records.
