Choose the session
Quick Launch builds a workout from a few choices. Its duration setting changes the amount of planned work; it is not a countdown that automatically ends your session. The basic builder is available without Premium. Premium adds adaptive workout intelligence.
- Open Quick Launch on Home. If the shortcut is hidden, open Settings → Home Settings and enable Show Quick Launch on Home.
- Select a Focus. Choose the Duration that should guide the number of exercises and working sets.
- Open More Options if you want to change Intensity.
- Choose Full Gym or Specific Equipment. For Specific Equipment, select at least one available equipment type.
- Choose Build Workout once the required choices are complete.
Review the generated workout
Check the resulting exercises and set targets before logging. You can change the current workout using its normal editing controls, add exercises, or replace a movement when the equipment you expected is unavailable.
Hard intensity can include advanced structures such as drop sets or supersets when the builder supports them. Review the actual structure shown in the workout rather than assuming every generated session will use the same set format.
When a choice needs attention
- Build Workout stays unavailable until a focus is selected and any required specific equipment has been chosen.
- Changing the focus can change the available equipment choices. Recheck your selection after changing focus.
- Premium can show a Build Summary with additional context. Its presence is not required for the basic builder.
- A generated workout is still a draft. Complete the sets you perform and finish the session to add it to history.
