What calibration changes
Calibration provides a starting point while your completed workout history is still limited. It does not log a workout or mark any sets complete. InMotus continues to use the sets you actually complete as more history becomes available.
You can skip initial personalization and return later. The full calibration flow includes optional known working weights; an initial quick personalization flow may ask fewer questions.
Complete the available questions
- Open Coaching Calibration from Intelligence settings.
- Choose the training experience option that describes your starting context.
- Choose how often you usually train.
- Choose how coaching should start, then use Continue to move through the available steps.
- If Known working weights is shown, optionally choose a listed movement and enter a weight and rep count you already have recorded. Check the unit beside the field.
- Choose Save at the final input step, then Done on the confirmation.
Review, update, or reset
Reopen Coaching Calibration to inspect and update the saved answers. Known working weights are optional; leaving them out allows the app to learn from completed workouts instead. These fields describe existing recorded values rather than asking you to perform a new test in order to use the app.
Reset Calibration removes the saved starting baseline and returns coaching to learning from workout history alone. It is not a command to delete your completed workouts, Program enrollment, or personal records. If a suggestion seems unexpected, inspect the suggestion source and current set fields as well as the calibration answers.
