Use the training calculators

Calculate plate loads, draft warm-ups, or estimate a one-rep max.

WHERE TO FIND IT

Profile → Tools

On this page

Calculate a plate load

Plate Calculator subtracts the bar and collars from the total target to calculate plates for each side. Read the units shown and use them consistently.

  1. Open Profile → Tools → Plate Calculator.
  2. Enter Target Weight, Bar Weight, and Collars Total.
  3. Read Recommended Load, Per Side, and Plate Stack.
  4. Check Remainder to see whether the suggested stack reaches the total exactly.

Draft a warm-up sequence

Warm-Up Builder creates a ramp-up sequence from a working weight. Review the calculation when planning your session; it does not know which plates are available or whether a suggested load suits your circumstances.

  1. Open Warm-Up Builder from Tools.
  2. Enter Working Weight and a positive Round To increment.
  3. Review Warm-Up Plan and enter the sets you intend to perform in your workout.

Estimate a one-rep max

1RM Calculator uses weight and reps from one completed weighted set. Enter both to see Estimated 1RM and Training Max. The screen identifies the Epley formula. These calculated values are not records of lifts you completed.

  • Use weight and reps from the same set, not reps totaled across sets.
  • The tools display calculations; review them before entering workout sets.
  • If a result is missing, check that required values are positive.
  • The plate target must be at least the bar and collar total.
