Choose whether to participate
Contributions are optional. Settings includes Join the Community and Contribute Anonymous Stats. Read its explanation before enabling. Viewing Community and using the local tracker do not require participation or a Community account.
- Open Profile → Settings.
- Find Join the Community.
- Review the description.
- Set Contribute Anonymous Stats to your preference.
Understand the data scope
Contributions use aggregate workout metrics such as duration, reps, volume, set types, and built-in exercise categories. They contribute trends without uploading the complete personal workout record. This is separate from connecting to a coach.
- Workout notes, profile data, gym data, and custom exercise names are excluded.
- Nutrition logs and food lookup activity are not currently shared with Community.
- The dashboard shows collective statistics rather than a personal training profile.
- Disabling contributions stops future participation; do not treat it as erasing aggregates already counted.
If activity seems missing
Check that the workout is finished and that contribution was enabled when you intended to participate. Connectivity or service processing can delay the aggregate view. Some submitted activity may be ineligible to count.
- Keep the correct workout in local history even if the dashboard is delayed.
- Check the dashboard reporting period.
- Avoid resaving or recreating workouts solely to change a Community total.
- Report persistent problems with the app version, approximate completion time, and the behavior you observed.
